- Collect a registration form from your nearest police station or outpost.
- Fill in one form per family member and submit it to the station; keep a photocopy before you hand it in.
- If you move, register again at the station covering your new address.

- A landlord is not needlessly harassed for a tenant's offence.
- Being known to your beat officer means faster police help when you need it.
- It helps prove your whereabouts against a false case or harassment.
